Attention Parents!

On Sundays and at other times, we participate in learning experiences that enrich our lives.  Such occasions:

  • Help us discover our unique individuality
  • Enable us to find personal meaning
  • Strengthen us to cope with the stresses of daily life
  • Encourage us to identify our particular interests and gifts
  • Empower us to reach out in our own distinctive way to bring wholeness to the world around us.

Children need times together that equip them to adjust to the pressures of family and school, encourage their personalities to blossom, and unleash their creativity.

Youth require a community in which their confusion is listened to, and where both peers and adults support them in their struggle to form their identity, furnishing a haven in which they can learn from mistakes and discover for themselves how to make sound judgments.

Couples of all orientations need to be encouraged to grow as individuals, so that they may explore deeper levels of intimacy, allowing their partner to see inside them and connect with the essential “I” at the core of their being.

All who are lonely––whether single, single again, or elderly––need a community where they feel at home, and can learn together how best to handle life's challenges.

Children come to the 11 AM service for the first few minutes, then leave for their classes. The puppets Froggy and T-Rex star at the beginning of the service once a month, and there's a story time featuring farm animals once a month. The other weeks employ a variety of learning experiences in which children get used to appearing in public. Following the time for children, classes begin in the education wing.

During the summer months, instead of classes the children enjoy a variety of play activities in which they learn how to function as part of a community.
